Return/Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. As outlined in our Return/Refund Policy, following these conditions ensures a hassle-free process.

 

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and send an email with proof of item being faulty. Per our Return/Refund Policy, ensure that your package is properly labeled with the RMA number before sending it to the following address:

Learniverse Knowledge books are available through Ingram Spark, Amazon, and global retailers—the return address depends on where the customer purchased the book. This applies to all our titles, including Homo: The Adventure of Learning and Growing.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We follow a transparent Return/Refund Policy where refunds are handled promptly within this timeframe.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  •     Books & most Physical Products unless class as faulty
  •     Digital Item unless experiencing technical issues
